Herb Mustard:
1. 2 large cloves garlic, crushed 2 tsp water
2 Tbsp Dijon-style mustard 1 tsp dried basilleaves
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp dried thyme leaves
2. In I - cup glass measure, combine garlic and water: microwave on HIGH 30 seconds. Stir in remaining mustard ingredients; spread on both sides of Beef steaks.
3. Place steaks on grid over medium, ash-covered coals. Grill top loin steaks, uncovered, 5 to 18 minutes (ribeye steaks 11 to 14 minutes) for medium-rare to medium done ness, turning occasionally
4. Carve steaks crosswise into thick slices; season with salt as desired
