Ingredients: Directions:
  • 1 kilogram of Mutton
  • 1 kilogram of Plain Yogurt
  • 2 tbsp. of Nigella Seeds (Kalonji)
  • 4-5 Onions
  • 4-5 tbsp. of Ghee or Oil
  • A pinch of Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
  • 1 tsp. of Cumin Seeds (White Zeera)
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Red Chilli Powder (to taste)
  • Fresh Coriander Leaves (Hara Dhania)  
  1. Cut onion in slices. Fry onion in Oil/Ghee till light brown. Put in Yougart and Meat and let it simmer on medium heat till meat become tender.

  2. Put in salt, kalonji, chilli, and haldi. Sprinkle Fresh dhania. Serve with Nan.

Note: Do not cook kalonji for long time as it gives bitter taste to the food.
