Cut
onion in slices. Fry onion in Oil/Ghee till light brown. Put in
Yougart and Meat and let it simmer on medium heat till meat become
tender.

Put
in salt, kalonji, chilli, and haldi. Sprinkle Fresh dhania. Serve with
Nan.
Note:
Do not cook kalonji for long time as it gives bitter taste to the food. |
